1. Do I need broadband?

A broadband connection is not essential to use Aptitude Tests Online. In designing our website we were careful to ensure that the website performs well on a 56K dial up connection. However for optimum performance a broadband connection is recommended.

2. I am experiencing problems accessing the PayPal checkout. I keep receiving the “This session contains invalid data.” error message. What do I do?

Update 22/09/2007: This issue should now be resolved.

Unfortunately this seems to be a problem for most of our visitors using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer Web Browser. Currently our only solution is to suggest accessing the checkout using a different web browser. We have had feedback which suggests that the checkout is working ok for visitors using Mozilla’s Firefox Web Browser (there is a button at the bottom of the website to download Firefox if you wish to try). We have also recently adopted Google Checkout alongside PayPal to give our customers more options when it comes to making payments.

3. I’m interested in advertising on Aptitude Tests Online. Who should I contact for more information?

4. What are the recommended configuration settings for the Aptitude Tests Online website?

This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels or higher and has been tested mainly in Microsoft's Internet Explorer 7 Web Browser and Mozilla's Firefox Web Browser.
